Body Butter by RawHide

Body Butter is one of my favorite RawHide products. I love it because it is 100% oils, no water added so very concentrated. Remember this when using it....you need very little for your hands, feet, elbows, knees. Literally, I use less than a pea size for my hands. When you use the right amount, it soaks in right away. If you use too much, it will take longer to sink into your skin. It takes patience and time to make. All the oils are melted and then whipped until nice and fluffy. I use silk amino acid (powdered properties from the silkworm cocoon) which gives my butter a nice silkiness and takes away any greasy feeling. You probably don't have silk amino acid powder on hand so you can substitute with arrowroot powder. Because the Butter is all oils, you don't need to use a preservative.
